It was great smoke. Held up to a super wet fall like a champ. I took them down before they finished because my legal grow paper work came through and I didn't apply for outdoor.
I am above the 45th and they would be done by first to second week of october.
The smoke off those early outdoor plants was so good I decided I had to run it inside asap lol
I really love c99. great in and outdoor strain.
Cheers :)

I have tried the Female seeds version of C99, and it was good and quick finishing. But why not go with the original breeders, Brothers Grimm, now that they've come back out of the woodwork? They weren't around when I started growing, and that's why I went for the Female Seeds version. Cheers and happy hunting!

I heard they went with the grapefruit version on their re realese , and read it wasn't as good as the original c99. Peakseedsbc has the original . Brothers Grim gave the original line to mikej when they shutdown.
All I know is the c99 I just finished up is amazing. Pineapple pheno is far superior to the grapefruit quality wise.
Cheers :)

Just received a C-99 fem freebie from Midweek Song along with a lot more freebies. Gonna pop it soon and see what she's like. Anyone ever grow out some of there beans? I know they are a seed bank, but do they actually breed too?:peace:

Right on! The pheno I got from the Female Seeds bean was pineapple leaning as well.

I have some C88 seeds in the vault from a friend who's been growing a lot longer than I have. Some of the building block genetics for C99... He swears there is a fruit punch pheno that is the best of the three. One day I'll pop the whole lot of them with some GA3 to increase germ rates.

I like the sound of the 88. please share if you ever pop em. The last email I got from mike he was talking about having a slightly fruitier pheno in the works, so now I think I need to reply and order some lol
In my humble opinion. Mikej at peakseedsbc and his genetics are slept on hard. The consistency and quality of his strains that I have run have been fantastic. Slowly working my way through them all . roughly half way now lol
Cheers :)

Drying a couple KN F2s right now and vaping my homemade Peak NS. The c99 is something else and very rushy. Potent enough to back most off after a couple good hits. These folks been tokin' for at least 20 years. Common report of tingling rush up the neck and scalp. I actually prefer a c99 cross with NS I have. A little less wild but very strong!

I can see that being a nice mix. The NS yielded like crazy but I wasn't a big fan of the high. I love the c99 high but it does yield on the medium to low side. I find the key to smoking the c99 is to not over indulge. Half a doobie at a time.
But ya I have had a few folks say it is too much for them lol
Cheers :)

I'm older now than when I was young and I find my nerves demand more relaxing herb these days but not day enders. The Chem family has been taking up a lot of tent space here the last couple years.
already got the Chem covered with raindance and Copper Chem, just need some energy!

Thanks, i searched and saw your posts earlier and I just emailed him.
How safe is it to receive in the U.S?
I ordered seeds from Canada twice and none of them popped. I figure all Canadian mail gets x-rayed or nuked or something that kills the seeds. I'm in usa.

Whats the high like? I'm ordering c99 soon and I thought I might order another pack of something, and I was looking at sweet skunk.
Nice and active and I find more interesting things to see and do. Very focusing! My 2nd generation are short stocky plants with long narrow leaves and longish buds that are not super dense. Most seem to have stretchier phenos. Mine have been so much like each other, very homogeneous.

I ordered from the old canadian sites and never had a germ problem, if they are xraying now why isn't there a thread about germination problems with canadian seeds on here?
