About to run my first QB. Tips welcome.

Sup folks.
About to start my first run under my new QB. It's the 135w 288 kit from HLG. I'm going to be running one plant under it in a small space (about 2x2x5) from start to finish.
Wondering what wattage people have had success dimming it to for seedling stage as well as what height to run it at. I've got a good idea on height above the canopy once the plant is mature, but I'd like to avoid having to deal with my t5s for this and I know qb will dim down fairly low.
So like I said, any tips on this, or any other aspects of growing with these boards is greatly appreciated.

Do I have to write about μmol·s–¹ and 660nm to get some love in this subforum? Damn ya'll...

@sunni I'm going to move the original post or two in this thread into HLG's custom LED thread as its already active and seems to contain similar discussions so feel free to delete this post if you want. I know double posting is a no no... please no spankings.
