Watts means very little. They do not state spectrum, CCT,, CRI, or efficacy.
Wall watts includes the power lost in the LED driver.

A 30W CoB for $13 is not a good price.
It does include a reflector but it is of very little value because CoBs do not need a reflector. A CoB does not shine its light upwards like a light bulb.

A typical 30W CoB costs about half as much as this.

ijm buying it for the aluminum hood and 20 bucks is a fucking pin drop to me.. id wipe my ass with 20 bucks then hand it to a bum.it burns out ill slam some cxa's in there and mangle a fan onto it.. should cool about 100w's of heat with that suraface area.. and since i dont have a mechanics wheel i cant make an aluminum hood. and for the price and size its perfect..

i got 2x $44 led lights off amazon and there awesome there full spectrum and my plants arent streching at all im supper happy with them!

ALSO.. about leds see my signature.. ive owned those cxa 3070's since i could get em in canadderp. i had a another fourm member build me the light as he could source the parts cheaper than i could. SupraLED i think is his forum tag. best 300 bucksish i spent for 210ws of cxa goodness. 5 years not even flicker

LOL - considering any machine shop could whip out a bunch of aluminum pieces just like that for a few bucks each, I'd say he might as well be wiping his ass with 20's and flushing them.

And I seriously doubt they will dissipate a 100 watts of heat without a fan blowing on them.

Strange how it began as "cheapest LED option" and now its "I'm buying it for the aluminum hood" LOL.
