When growing with cfl, are you going for height of plants or width i.e. Tall or bushy? I've topped em they got two colas coming out already , 3 weeks in and they are only about 10cm high is that normal? Or

Watch the nutes on that plant. They're showing signs of over fertilizing. I don't see the cola's starting that you're talking about. I also don't like the size of your plant if you ARE starting to see some early signs of flowering.

Na no flowering at all still vegging hard

What soil are you using? What type of CFL’s? You can get good grow CFL lights from hydroponic stores that generate more output.

You definitely have fert burn. I’m hoping your not using a soil with a slow release fertilizer. It looks ok. When I first started I didn’t bother with any scrog,topping methods I just wanted to get familiar with the basics. When you do these methods you have to factor in what you’ve done when your see a problem arise with your plant, and if your inexperienced it can be difficult.

My advice. Stick to the basics. Mix your own soil. Add lots of perlite and worm castings. Good to go.
