I'm really out of other options at this point. I feel like my new set up couldn't be more dialed in than it is atm(other than perhaps the water). It could be bunk seeds too but I feel like what are the chances of that?
Chances are if everything else including the water was dialed in...even shitty seeds would appear to be healthy. But yes get a few new strains going for sure. And try to get your water cleaned up. Then you'll know that base is covered.

Yep, think that's the plan.

I have another strain going that seems to be working out much better but I still question if it's missing something. It produces fine and appears healthy but the buds are a more airy than I'd like and it has very little crystals. Like almost none type thing. Unfortunately though I've never grown this strain(Black Dog) before so I have nothing to compare it too.

Anyway ya I think more strains and some water work is the plan.

Any bugs?

I've just recently noticed the odd thrip but didn't have any when I had the Blue Dreams going. I'm sure it wasn't a bug issue as I checked hard daily since I was experiencing issues.

Thrips are not good. And a not easy to get rid of. Now i remember you had those. you need to get aggressive and buy some nematodes. Or Monterey Garden spray for your veg area.

They destroy leaves with their scraping. IMO they will supersede your water issue...fix both......lot of work frankly and money.

I will be picking up some Monterey Garden spray for my veg on Monday. Works like a charm actually.

Shit, that's right. Had to order from ebay last time. Guess I'll place an order tonight. Thx for the reminder.
Yep they will keep your crop shitty......get rid of them. Fix your water.....costs big bucks to cover the bases.
But if you don't one thing can ruin all the good stuff you do.

I could swear though that my local hydro store guy mentioned he had a spinosad product. Maybe I'll pop by there today and talk to him before placing my order.

Ya I know, unfortunately I'm very experienced with them lol. I'll get rid of them though, I find the Monterey spray to be pretty much an instant fix.

Another few ideas for you. Keep pets as far away from your garden as you can. Keep your garden activity limited to as few outside influences as possible...visitors.....supplies.....equipment etc. A drum tight garden has less issues.

It's the go to for veg. A program of nematodes will control them afterward. Your crop will love them gone.

Well plan a 3 or 4 filter setup and add that to your water setup....i'm sure after a month or so you'll be happy you did. It helped me. Once again...not cheap to buy good filters.

The only plants I have in flower are done in a little over a week so I'm just gonna let them be. It's a very minor thrip issue atm. I'll nail the ones in veg though.

Here's a kicker for ya. I know a guy that uses his sump pump water completely unmeasured and gets insane nice plants usually. Only a real small grow but still. never Ph's anything or check PPM....sues supermarket dirt and ferts. Magic water I guess.
