Yes I'm trying Rhizo Force in both soil and hydro soil with bud and hibiscus. Not much though half of recommend dose. Honestly I didn't bother doing the 24HR soaking thing before transplanting.
Should I have? I just amended some in my soil when I transplanted. I'd really like to know what Rhizo Force is because I don't know if it's a fertilizer or more microbe relate? Maybe it's both? I thought it was a good way to add alfalfa into my mix. I don't think I will use it again for bud because I don't want any more N or time released N in my semi super soil. This is why we need more info about H&G products.
It seems to make the run off bright orange like herbal peach tea. It's lovely. pH runoff normal 6.2-6.3 when I checked it. All if the plants that have Rhizo doing well. I'm more interested in the Euro Bacto Force if I could only get some.
I have some white rhino photos to post from my 1st go around with H&G Soil A/B and Aqua Flakes 1st real grow with bud. Let me figure out how how to post these photos.
She was born 7-4-17 and getting ready to harvest her now, the night after 4-20-18. I tried keeping her small and compact by cutting, training, tying down, since it was a small garden. I also used less nutrients than recommended as my own baseline until the end of Veg. Was impressed with H&G especially the making and ease of pH involvement. I barley had to use pH buffers.

For my 1st grow it was a small 4X3X6 tent with 4 6" Max Air Pro fans all connected to can -lite filters. 2 exhaust, 2 intake.
It was a high airflow set up with purified air, no C02 gas. I really don't want to mess with gas so I went in a different direction and what was easier for me.
Stable day temps 72-75F max all winter at canopy and night temps 65-68℉. Humidity was tough because anything inside the garden got sucked out fast. Being in the middle of winter, my furnace dries out the home bad, all I could do was 40-50% humidity and 35-40% at night. Basically I lived a normal life and let the garden do it's own thing based off my ambient home conditions and the heat from grow lights. LED main light was it's own Spectrum King 140cc 4k white light, and 2 90w Kessil's shining at 45° angles for 2 plants. I also used a Nanotech T5 2700k during bloom.
All H&G nutes with Key to Life Molasses Magic at the end.
Since this was white rhino and we know it usually takes at least 9-11 week for us, I printed out my own 10 week feed chart but she flew through weeks 1-3. I couldn't believe how fast she was progressing so during week 4 I switched to the 8 week program which bumped Top Booster and Shooting Powder a week earlier. I flushed entire week 8 with R.O. I preferred a longer flush instead of an extra week of shooting powder.
She is to leafy in my opinion.

My next grow is Dumpster weed. My most favorite strand so happy to get a hold of a clone only.
I'm going all out with Dumpster and picked up all I need from my local hydro store to build a flood table so I can grow hydro soil with the flood table and automate the watering using Aqua Flakes.
This photo of the soil grown rhino was early in week 8 as I had already started the flushing. The close up photos above this post is from the same plant but that was week 5. Thank you for checking out my 1st grow with H&G.

Emailed the company and they sent me the entire line up! I’m really shocked at the customer service. Been mostly an organic grower to this point but now I’m going to buy some promix and have a go at these Nutes.

Just one question. What is up with the npk values on the back of the bottles? Nothing is a real number. Even the top shooter says O-.9-.7

Why would they specifically design the products to carry such an erratic pH??
For one you can always adjust PH, Secondly the nutrients are specifically designed to perform a certain way not to maintain PH. That can be done with other Organic or Inorganic Chemicals. Focus is on quality nutrients tailored for Cannabis to perform a certain way not maintain PH.

Yeah, i always wondered why you couldnt use an airstone? are you SURE you can? I always told people just to use a cirulation pump instead of an airstone in there res. I will definetly call and ask about that one. It has created alot of confusion and speculation as to why you cant use an airstone. The guy at the hydro store even had some long technical reason why you couldn't use one. LOL.

As far as salt buildup i have not used the dripclean before. I DID get salt buildup in soil. friends have used it successfully and the guy at the hydroshop i think humps the bottles when noone is around. loves them more than his wife. Can i use dripclean in soil? Yes right? It is on the feeding chart. I also heard you HAVE to use it from day one otherwise it will harm your plants for one reason or another. Does anyone have any explanation for this? Get back at me!
I just added drip clean to feed schedule on some 4-6 week old vegetating just now transitioning to flowering plants. Never had seen a drop of drip clean because I was just being lazy and hadn't bought more. Took before and after photos they loved the drip clean. No issues using it mid grow. It looked like they just uptook nutrients better they where peaking meaning the leaves pointing upward more in healthy fashion plant looked noticeably healthier. 2 drip clean feedings later and it's absolutely fine. Cannabis is a very resiliant plant and a product that leeches salts imo more likely to help then hurt. It definitely helped.

First photo 4-6 weeks on house and garden soil A&B + Algen, no drip clean.

Second photo soil A&B + Algen + Drip Clean no problems at all.

Hello Everyone. Great thread. I forgot where I heard this but I read that introducing drip clean in the middle of the harvest is bad news and some how messes up your plants. Anyone else read this or have any knoledge. I have a bottle I wish to use but not sure just yet. Should I just call HG. Good feed back would be greatly appriciated.
Introducing drip clean mid cycle has no adverse effects.

Was running Soil A&B + Algen for 4-6 weeks veg. Added drip clean late due to lazyness. No ill effects if anything they looked better. Probably leeched some built up salts and allowed for better nutrient uptake.

Salt leeching product never likely to harm more likely to help. Here's photos to prove. First photo is pre drip clean, Second photo is after adding drip clean to Soil A&B + Algen 5-7 weeks in and post switching to bloom cycle.

Cannabis is a very resiliant plant I've never had issues introducing something late. Only thing I can think like this would be adding the wrong product at wrong point in cycle or mixing wrong product with another.

Anyone found any other root product that gives the same huge thick white fuzzy root results before they removed a certain hormone from root accelerator?

dont adjust the ph of foiliar sprays unless its like up to 8 or down to 4.

i like the canna coco A & B better than H&G A & B but thats only bcuz i stopped using RO water and H&G doesnt like that.

im liking the roots exl so far and i freakin love bud xl
Have used H&G in RO and in Tap works fine in both. Use less base and you're good in tap. For instance 1/3 less or half of recommendation in feeding chart will give fabulous results in Tap Water.

This is all i use now, I used their whole line up years ago. Oh and i do use the shooting powder.
House and Garden Line already has Cal Mag in it you can drop the Cal-Mag and save yourself another few bucks.

It's also possible to use other Rock Phosphate supplements aside from Shooting Powder/Top Shooter. Used to use MOAB, have also used Earth Juice Bloom Master. Earth Juice Bloom Master was just cheaper Rock Phosphate supplement at my local grow shop per gram/ounce.

Rock Phosphate is the origin of any supplement high in phosphorous or potassium we're talking 40-60 in Phosphorous (P) and 20-40 in Potassium (K) it's what all bloom boosters are made of Bloombastic, Supernatural even Shooting Powder/Top Shooter all use the same raw material; Rock Phosphate. Shooting Powder/Top Shooter being lower in P/K because they are designed to be more specific to cannabis and better tolerated/better tasting.

Shooting Powder/Top Shooter are fantastic they are very well formulated but you can definitely substitute it with other Rock Phosphate supplements, start at quarter strength and go from there, apply at same time you would apply Shooting Powder/Top Shooter within feeding chart guidelines.

Depends if the grower uses LED or not I would presume.
Calcium and Magnesium are basic nutritional needs of a cannabis plant (and many other plants) type of lighting has nothing to do with the type of food the plant requires. The genes dictate this. That's why some strains drink up heavy nutrient ratios compared to some others needing to be fed lighter.

The question is not about lighting it's about whether or not Calcium and Magnesium needs to be supplemented when using House and Garden. The answer is no, it's already supplemented in the Base and would therefore a supplement of Cal/Mag would be a frivelous expense/waste of money to anyone using H&G line.

The type of food you're giving be it organic or inorganic, the nutrient contents of your growing medium, and the genetics of your plants are going to be the only three factors affecting whether or not you need to use Calcium and Magnesium supplements. In 20+ years growing I've never seen a plant that was a Calcium or Magnesium hog they all just need a basic minimum amount of Calcium and Magnesium to not become deficient in either.

Hope this helps add to your knowledge base. If you are curious yes I've used H&G line under HPS, MH, LED, and Fluorescent Bulbs not one of these types of lights affects a plants need for Calcium and Magnesium just as Plasma, LEC, and any alternative lighting designs also have no affect on this nutritional requirement.

If there is any scientifically observable difference in the nutrient uptake of any plant based on lighting type (not quality) it would be marginal and negligible. It would not be a difference that would require the addition of a Calcium Magnesium supplement. Hope this last bit helps because yes there is a possibility that different light spectrums being introduced may marginally change nutritional needs not in the range of supplement being needed.

The main factor with lighting and a plants nutritional needs is light intensity, if for instance a plant does not have enough light/intense enough light.. it won't properly photo synthesize and may demand less food as it can not eat as much if it is not photo synthesizing well IE is lacking in intensity of light. In this case less calcium magnesium nitrogen phosphorous potassium and all micro nutrients will be less readily absorbed by a plant.

No you cant. But good luck though.
That's strange that for over 10 years using House and Garden even in Coco never had Cal-Mag deficiency in any plant in at least 50 strains indoor, outdoor, many different growing mediums..
Super weird here's picture of one of my grows using House and Garden with no Cal-Mag and no deficiencies. Spread the bullshit elsewhere and save yourself some money. Added close ups as well so the reality can smack you right in the face

Believe whatever makes you happy it won't change the fact that you're wasting money on Cal-Mag

These are pictures of one of many years of grows without Cal-Mag using House and Garden. Outside, Inside, Greenhouse, Soil, Coco, Peat, Rockwool, Hygroton you name it. No Cal-Mag needed.

LOL, you're so mad!!!!! Why are you trying to school people on house and garden nutrients? Don't get angry because people have grown more then you, and it shocks you!!!!!!!! Its all part of life.
Definitely not mad Mr. Exclamation point. I've been in the industry in California for the last 15 years. Used house and garden over 10 of those. You're a troll and clearly don't have a clue what you're talking about. Piss off troll
