At first time put the lamp on plug the fan doesn't working and i'm not really good with connections, i have wrote this massage to the company and i 'm waiting .

Usually if a fan does not work the reasons are two: I took a hit and the blades have gone off-axis, or the fan connector came loose. being careful not to pull the threads, can you open and check the connections.
