wish I could point you somewhere for help there... but that's one of the few states I haven't hit. I'm not a great swimmer see... I mean, maybe if I knew what sort of anxiety? you know just general internal, or situational...
but as a general time... I'm sure you know... sort of relaxedly thinking on something that makes you feel safe... having a token helps, and keeping your breathing easier... for me the worst is best kinda thing: "what's the worst that could happen? Death" Anything else people have gotten through, and so can I... and i death comes, well, there goes this set of problems... on to that next set....
@thewanderingjack hard to describe. It's like that fight or flight anxiety you get deep in your stomach and upper chest, and my heart begins beating fast. Ive only experience intense anxiety on a v bad Acid trip..now im getting it from cannabis. Crazy shit, the brain is very strange. Breathing excercises helped me the most, and when I begin to overthink it becomes a thought loop that is very hard to overcome.
