I use Jobes All Purpose organic spikes but I don’t see them in that link. You can use the vegetable or flower spikes instead as they are not that much different. Push two into each container; they feed for 8 weeks.

thanks mate got em now,just a lil boost if my SS starts to run low on nutes,they take what they need and wont burn rite if i buy the organic spikes?

No they are very slow release; perfect for bloom phase. They can help push bigger flowers if you put them about in a week before flip. Not really needed for veg though; keep it simple
