They post all the charts and heights needed on their site so they don’t have to answer questions like this on forums.

Saw the charts. I will probably need to dim the lights. The dimmers are not marked as to power level.

None of the lights I've ever had were marked, and even if so I couldn't see them because they were above my head. You can do the old back of the hand heat test, or download a lux meter app to get an idea. The manufacturer's recommendation is usually pretty accurate though.
