I'm new to growing, and wanna know if i'm goin about this the right way. i have a cheap indoor closet grow. 4 plants bubba kush under 4 energy saver 100w, and 1 75watt heat lamp.. PLease give me some feed back

i'm new to this site let alone growing. normally when i try to grow they dont get any bigger then a couple inches. now they are damn near a ft. tall just wanna know if i'm lookin good . they are bubba kush, and about a month old. the lights are 100 watt energy savers w/ a 75 watt heat lamp..
