ive been reading that this could be caused by over/under nutes but cant be over cuz i havent used any at all. could it be time to start adding some or maybe transplant?

i heard some post saying flat white paint is alright, but after looking up how well paint reflects it says flat white isn't the best. i am asking if a low-luster bone white paint would be better (already had some) since it says it has higher reflectivity than flat but still lower than a gloss type?
