When dealing with CFLs, do I look at the actual watts or the equivalent watts? For example: 65w = 300w. So, 65w or 300w? It's all about the lumens anyways right? Also, I have about 40sqft., but I'm not going to be utilizing the entire space; should I only consider the space my plants will take...
