:wall: need to move my flowering indoor plants outside what do i do?

have a question about the roots in my pot will they fight in the soil or suffocate them selves?

So far its looking good weird one of my plants started flowering but havnt changed light cycle. hairs are pale yellow not white not sure of the strain and i have two compact fluros 150 watts a piece at 5400 lumens total and a cool blue fluro at 42 watt lumens n/a my grow box is 20" x 20" x 24"...
