week 5 of flowering one of our plants has what looks to be little purple flower blossems growing what does this mean? is it actully going to grow flowers Ps i know the diffrence between buds and these things

im on a 20/4 light cycle but today the lights came on an hour late because of this stupid timer. they normaly come on at 11am and go off 7am my question is should i stay at my regular cycle or what any ideas???

ive grown some plants from seed for 2 weeks on a 20 on 4 off light cycle under 400 watt hps they have been growing well i am just wondering if it will stress them if i switch to 24hr on??

the bulb seems to be making a rattling sound any ideas??
