Hi guys , I just changed my lights cycle at one week ago (12-12) I growing 3 plants but 2 plants are start flowering but 1 plant is not flowering . Pic 1,2,3( flowering ) Pic 4,5,6( not flowering ) 600w hps grow , in same tent , same environment ....

whats up guys , im just wanna know its flowering sign or not , Its veg week 4 and my lights cycle is 18-6 right now , Is it flowering sign ?! Thanks guys
