When should I change to "warmer" lights?

At what point should the lights be changed to warmer/yellow lights for budding? currently using flouros that are "daylight" mixed with "cool white". As pre-flowering begins to show sex ? after 12/12 is reached? after baby buds appear? any help would be great. Thanks.

At what point should I begin to use "warmer color" lights for budding? Should it be as I begin to gradually cut back the lights, or should it be after they are already on a 12/12 schedule?
