I was able to keep 6 plants relatively watered for 10 days using this method. I do believe that was about the furthest length of time you can push it though. 2 week max IMO.

My 1st run paid for the entire grow, just in what I saved from not shopping the street. It is pricey to get started but you have to spend money to make money! Plus, as stated before, it is an addictive and fun hobby.

Agreed. Possibly advertised wattage. More light for flower is definitely valid. However, the plants do look great.

The last few weeks are when the plant puts on it's bulk. Once the pistils all darken AND RECEDE, then they start to plump up real nice. A lot of the "fast finishers" are rarely even done in 8 weeks.

I let them dry out in the pots a bit before I chop. The longest I have gone was 7 days but usually I chop about 4-5 days after the last water. Provided you maintain adequate airflow/RH/temp there is no issue. I feel like drying time is about 1-3 days longer doing it this way, which I prefer.

There's lots to choose from and it all depends on what is close to wherever you are in upstate. In the last year, I have seen seeds at 8 or 9 smoke shops and nearly every hydro store in Mass. Unfornately nearly all these kits leave the buyer feeling disappointed. You're light is your most crucial buy. Cheaping out will leave you needing to buy another light just to get a decent flower. A large portion of these tents are also cheaply made. As for seeds, get photoperiod feminized...

Appreciate that. Been smoking for 25 years or more. Cant imagine I havent smoked some crap over the years. Devastating to toss so much but I feel like whatever is left is salvageable.

Tossed the top 10-12 inches of cola and only found the mold in the top 6-8 inches. So is it safe to smoke the stuff below what I have cut. Its far less dense but its medicine. I have gone over all of it painstakingly and see no signs of ANY mold in it.

If you taped it right after it happened then I would leave it for maybe a week to 10 days. Be careful when you remove it and avoud further stress to it if possible.

I did the same accidentally my first grow. Grew fine through harvest. They are quite resilient!

As posted in OP, my rh is 55 in both scenarios. I suppose it doesnt matter but Id love to be able to replicate this drying cycle. Should be just about perfect at 14 days.
