Im using a 400 watt hps, advanced nutrient start up kit , and dwc. i was wondering last week i had a failure with t5s so moved under my hps. Should i switch it to 18/6 or leave it 24/0. Ya thanks for the help, So i shouldnt put them back under the t5's that makes since. Also i have my hps about 2 ft above my plants i have a mother under their right now or it would be closer.

Cool thanks for the help. What about if i use the hps and and then switch back to my t5's what kind of damage am i looking at. Also i dont have a glass on my hps so it gets pretty hot if i put the light a good distance away will it make my plants stretch more than itwould normally.

Is it possible to put my 400watt hps over my veggys. Im needing something to hold them over till my t5s come in next week. All i have are my tiny 25watt cfls over them holding them over:-( thanks for the help

360w total at 3 amps.I just took a orange extension cord with a ground and chopped it. Then i took the yellow twist caps ground to ground and so on. The ballast looks new but you never know. Thanks for the speedy replies
