can somebody recommend an adequate passive heatsink for my vero29s 38V at 2.1A in EUROPE ? since they are quite heavy (shipping more expensive) would be cheapest if i can get them here

so i was thinking about downscaling a bit and going with a meanwell 240 1.4A instead. them vero29 gen7 38volt chips are listed at 2100A in the datasheet. can i run them at 1,4A without problems or is this not recommended
