ive been reading about these fogger systems and aeroponics but i was wondering if anyone know can you just put a fogger system on top of your dwc system?

I have a Top Fin 20 Gallon Air Pump with a 4" Air Stone in a 5 Gallon bucket the entire set up is brand new. I dont feel that the pump is giving off enough air for the plant. I guess my question is how intense should the bubbles be from the stone? Please if any of this makes sence any help would...
