I'm sure I'll have the same prob... building an attic grow, so heat will definitely be an issue... luckily mine will be a licensed grow, so heat sig won't be an issue... I just want to make sure I'm not stinking up the neighbourhood and attracting grow rippers. Namaste

Thanks TTO - I am a noobie looking at his first grow and your research is invaluable. Excuse my ignorance, but are you saying that you can do a whole grow with CFL, or just through to finishing veg? I am restricted to an attic garden, so heat is going to be an issue - I imagine CFLs will run...

RIU rocks! This thread just goes to show how helpful the folks are on here... Nexcare - if you do hire an electrician, here in BC it is about $70 an hour cash... at least for one I know that works on licensed ops.

If you are working in the grow room, looking at pics of good buds, you will give off a "vibration" that will be picked-up by the plants... Just my 2cents
