Im thinking of veggin 4-10 or more plants w/CFLs and then gettin a 400-1000 HPS bulb for flowering. What size growroom would you guys recommend for a stealthy grow? 3x3 or is a 8x8 room with a lot of lights gonna jack up the bill and smell too bad?

I'm short on room, and the attic crawlspace is the only way to go. Only problem is that its probably going to get up to 85-90 degrees up there during the day. I'm definitely going to be building a growbox... and plan on having like 4 plants up there so probably a 3x3x6 setup fluoros shouldn't...

Should i expect home depot to have parabolic light reflectors, because they dont have it online but they usually carry a lot more than they sell online. If home depot doesnt have them where can i get em?

I'm a complete newbie, and was just wondering if i needed lamps for vegetative growth if i was growing outside, or can i just give the seeds 12-14 hours of sunlight.
