hey guys.. i started my seeds in the rockwool, i had bowls over the top of the cups and now i see a few of them have white things poking out a little, but they are not above the top of the rockwool.. should i wait until i see green and it is above the rockwool to turn the lights on?

the paint is so that the light doesnt get to the roots, i hear the bubbleponics blue lid allows through - which it does if you hold it up to a light.

hey guys... i have put 2 black coats on the bottom of the bubbleponics lid and 1 on the outside and im going to finish it with a coat of white on top for reflection... Is it necessary to spray the whole tub?
