So what is the deal with a hermie plant, will all off the buds have seeds or just some off them, can you pick the balls early to help stop the seeds from growing?

I have an early durbin that is growing at 14" she showed last week, but there are still a few areas where it looks like male, probally 3-5 areas, all of the other buds are deffinently female are are growing fine. What do you think

These plants are going on 4 weeks old now. The new leaves look great but the bottom smaller leaves are dying of. i use 24-8-12 once a week and water every other day. Please help
