You need to change it up. If your not happy with the end result of your grows than you need to swtich up your techniqes until you figure out whats wrong. Change your medium, change your seeds, change your grow room temperature, yada yada. are you checking water ph? soil ph? im not say what...

Ive started my first batch of tea with molasses and composted chicken manure. Im wondering if there is some kind of brew that I can folliar spray onto outdoor plants to repel bugs and disease? or will the normal compost and mollases tea work for that?

dont know for sure, but probably not. Besides, slugs are the eseaist pest to control by baiting to poison, or simply drown them in a sunken cup or beer. its easier to kill slugs before they reach your plant from the ground.
