Alright I actually did a flush before original posting this. I do not think I ran enough water through them to flush after doing a search on how to how much water should I flush with? Would it be okay to do it again today even though I done it yesterday? Picture 2 was what I am mainly wondering...

Alright got the 1000 watt light running and my room temps are between 75/80 during the the day and low night is 69F. Heres the pic of the panda film and the girls

I was checking around and I think I am going to put it into a styrofoam ice chest and run the duct into the ice chest to it which I think will quite it a lot, so do you think it will keep my room temp comfortable with 1000 watt light although its not air cooled rooms pretty big now???
