I am going to build a PVC grow tent, but I heard from not so reliable source that this could kill my plants. I do not know how just having PVC in the room could kill a plant, but still I am looking for some feedback

Where I live the nurseries (garden) only have mixed soil that they fertilized themselves. They said they used 19,10,0. I just popped a white widow seed and need a medium fast. I always heard miracle grow sucks so this soil is all I have. So I am thinking of putting the soil under my bathtub and...
