next time if I may make a suggestion and you dont freak out, put that plant in a pot next time, that way it wont have to fight those tomatoes for minerals, tomato plants are notorius leechers of vital nurtients and minerals. as they tomatoes ripen they literally suck the nitrogen out of the soil...

all you would be doing is affecting the outcome of the high, the longer you wait the better the taste and smell, but you will be losing optimal trichome maturity by letting it go too long its only august so I dont think you can be too screwed
