Yes you can use 6500k with the 2700k for flowering. During flowering the plants have been known to double in size. You could let it veg a couple more weeks and then top it, this would make your plant short but bushy and would work great for your amount of space

I have AC ducts pulling the air from my grow box and out my window. It really keeps the smell down but if that isn't convenient then hang some car fresheners and use a shit ton of frebreeze! :D

That's a bit warmer than is ideal. You should get a fan at least, and perhaps a second fan to pull the hot air out. I've also heard that if you freeze a 1 liter water bottle and set it in the grow box while the lights are on that it helps keep the temps down. Good luck!
