mold is the white powdery stuff that starts on the leaves. the bristly whiskers you are seeing are the edge of the leaves or the pistrals(SP) bud rot is gooy and messy and brown and grey. sound like your buds are fine, dont worry. am not an expert but i thinkl i am right :blsmoke:

arent the thin hairs, pistrals? the reason you may need to re hang is that mold cant grow well in a dry plant :p when ive looked at mold with a mocroscope it looks like silvery snail trails

i have sprayed water on my plants before, its fine if they get to dry again. at least you have still got your crop lacy, well done :p

when the trichs are ready your leaves will have an amber tinge to them. at the moment they look not quite ready..........another weekish :blsmoke:

some people dont know they are born lol :D bummer, if it was me i would put some sprouts in different places. that way if ypou lose some for any reason you will still have some others. you say it rains a lot, as long as your plants get to dry out there shouldnt be a problem

i think i have about an oz from each of mine with bud rot :cry:

no bugs still but the bud rot is from the rain. the colas got wet without drying out for a bit then wet wet wet :p

i am sort of on top of the mold now. i have harvested the most damaged and letting the untouched colas have a few days of sun while we have it. my greenhouse now has a fan, heater and dehumidifer lol :D

i bet if you grew the same in a bigger pot you would see the difference :hump::blsmoke:

ive been unlucky, i came on here with pics of great tree like plants and ended up losing most to bud rot. almost finished trimming now. shit weather and stupidly long flowering times were my enemy but i will be bigger and better next year :blsmoke: you live and learn. but what i did manage to...

the smell will go a lot during hanging but it returns with a vengeance when you jar it :D

we have had a few frosts the last couple of weeks in the UK and mine have survived. its been very wet and no sun. mine have suffered from bud rot. i dont think the cold will do damage. water the plants in the evening if its going to be very cold and keep the colas dry :blsmoke:
