I was just wondering what side of the meter i should be taking my reading from here is a pic of it

My room size is 10x6 with 1 27" fan right above the lights (2x600watt HPS) blowing some of the hot air to the exhast fan. 1 more 12" fan blowing across the top of the plants. 1 24" fan blowing in cool air and 1 exhast fan outside sucking in cold -10c air. The lights are 2 feet above the plants...
