alright so this plant has been under 12/12 for about 2 weeks and i cant tell if the top is a bud or not cause i see some "ball" type things underneath it. all help is appreciated I think you see it best in picture 1 and 4

i have a plant thats about a month old... it barley grew until like a week ago and it looks like 3 main stems are comming out of its seedling leaves. Im sure someone has seen this before... what causes it? First 2 pics are the triplet and the last pic is my other normal plants.
