Its really all about the pressure exerted on the plants. To high humidity over 70% and your plants wont transpire and they die. to low humidity under 20% will let them transpire to much, at that point they start canoeing to stop transpiration, also will hurt alot.

the perfect temp and humidity levels is 78 degrees at 70 % humidity. PLANTS ARE ABLE TO PERSPIRE PERFECTLY IN THESE CONDITIONS. lOWER IT WITH LIGHTS OUT.dammit sorry bout yelling.

I have tried this and it soaks the floor of your room. Im in a garage so no biggie. Its just that the misters are fine outside but in a room hard to not soak your room.
