there's really nothing experimental. if you dont veg you dont get growth, without big leaves you cannot capture light efficiently. what are you proving that hasn't been proven i guess is where i'm confused?

dont use CFLs to flower, waste of your time and energy. get a small HPS if you have to. and even if you got that your CFLs would now be useless for vegging except for a little added light. honestly i dont know why anyone uses the damn things they suck

Although I will add if you are in a 1 bed/1 bath single apartment and you're pushing 3000W of lighting alone (+your other stuff) that is too much and might draw suspicion, especially based on prior records of energy consumption of the apartment. Use your common sense.

MH is at least 5x better, faster, more efficient. The popularity of CFLs has more to do with people's pockets than how good they are. CFLs use for your clones
