I got a 2 1/2 tall grow box with a cfl 150watt eqvlent bulb can I leave the lights on 24 7 with out hurting the plants and going 12/12 to flower

150 Equivalent I made my box out of cardboard its got foil inside I had two computer fans cause I work a lil on computers hooked them up to a dc 9v adap I ran it all night and even the foil on the top where the light is wasn't even hot I only spent 10$ and that was for the bulb this box is for...
