How much in a 10 gallon res of the 3%?

Hey, I seem to have found a few of these on my roots. They don't seem to be hindering the plant growth but would like to eliminate them anyways. What ever happened in this thread? Did you use some pesticides? Did they ever hatch? I got a thousand questions, do you have any answers? I hope so :)
