70% works excellent, 91% even better... Contractor by trade and model RR hobbyist, I have tried everything under the sun for the last 20 years at removing resin...if 91 wont cut it, Lacquer thinner will....Even the alcohol wipes or bottle of antibacterial germitizer stuff works wonders...

WOW!! I havent seen one mention of humidity...The lower the grow room humidity, the less DIRECT airflow on the plants can be.. This looks like a classic sign of low humidity and too much airflow.. NOT saying that it cant be one or the others listed,..But I just learned a valuable lesson in...
