Can anyone give me any help choosing any autoflowering strains that will be suitable for growing outdoors in sunny England???

I went into my room this morning and there was webbing over the top buds on 1 plant,i checked it and there was quite a lot of spider mites and eggs....i have 29 other plants in he roomand none of the others seem affected....i m 4 weeks into flower and the weather has just started getting...

My Friend has started a loft grow and he is a bit stuck on how much lights/watts to use the dimensions are 10ft across the floor, 5ft deep and 7ft tall in a triangle loft space...he has 20 nicely vegged seedlings if any one could reccomend how many lights/watts he needs it would be...
