I was wondering if my box was going to affcect my elctric bill at all. I have 3cfls a 15watt 18watt and 23watt I also got a 12 volts intake fan and 12volts outtake fan?how much will it go up??

What would happen tothe fan? Becaus I got a big fan and it says 12volts and I'm using a 15 watt amps adapter for it.

I am doing a pc grow and I have heard that doing light cycle from to 12/12 is not bad. And that the plant will think fall is already here and what not. So is it a good idea to do that light cycle??
