im also just wondering.. they say the doctors what a note or medical record or something?? does all doctors require a note/record first b4 they can issue you a card??? or you can see certain ones that would check up on you in his office and go from there and pay him 200?? how can i go about this...

hi, this is my 2nd plant i've grown and it isnt going as great as my first plant. its about 3 months old and the lower water leaves or whatever its called started dying and slowly moving on its way up. the end of the tips are turning and drying up yellow/brownish looking and its curling up...
