My plant's leaves are wilting and crumbling, mostly just the large fan leaves. I'm in the third week of flowering. I think its nute burn. I read somewhere that I should soak it in water for a day and then re-pot. Is this what I should do or should i just cut back on the nutes? Should I remove...

My plants have been into flowering for about a week. Im using cfls for the most part but i have one workshop fluorescent, would it hhurt anything to keep it on during flowering or should i leave it turned off? thanks
