fuck sake i got bugs , tiny lil white spec on leafs found some lil white eggs and tiny lil black things under the leafs should i go with bug sprays or just bottle spraying soapy water ? my bug spray wants me to spray the leafs is this a bad idea ?

Would i be right in saying that removing lower growth in flowering will make higher growth more predominant. And.... Removing upper growth will encourage lower growth ? or is this just shit.
