The actual problem is on the amount of plants flowering/vegging and amount on hand for use. Also (See Ravin v. Alaska). Which is alot higher for People without a card. For people who use this for Medicene are only allowed 1/3 of that and less amount on hand for useage. I dont think its fair and...

The card is basically for safe transportation, might as well hit up 24 and dont keep more that 4 ounces..If your going the non legit route
