It sounds like you'll also be frustrated with the weed you grow if those are your only 2 options to grow. a 105w CFL isn't going to yield much at all.

Those are really stretched. I would get the lights closer, as close as possible. IF they are CFL's they can almost be touching them.

I just got 5 damn sour fems and with that I got 4 freebies. 0/4 damn sour germed. Well, one did but it quickly died after I put it in the soil. So far the freebies are doing fine. Only tried 2 so far. I have one more Damn Sour and it better grow into a beautiful woman.

I'd scrap the aluminum foil as it may cause heat spots and or keep it too hot. But yes it will start to flower on 12/12. It may take some time to determine sex.

CFL's don't put off too much heat. Best to have a fan but you need to kind of do a "guess and check" with the lights. More of a check than a guess. But place the light as close as possible or prop stuff up under the plants to raise them closer but check to make sure the light is not getting too...

If they are small and not near a direct light source (as in a light not shining directly at it -- as is the case on the inside) you'll be fine. Remember, the moon comes out at night and in places it can get bright. A little light will not hurt. You should be fine.
