That's a pretty damn good yield for a 2-gallon pot. What are you feeding her to get so much out of her (I am assuming you meant 3oz dry of course). It seems like there are a couple of dominant phenos out there, which one do you have?

Not bad considering the problems you had with it early, they clearly affected the final yield, stunting the growth of the plant by "thickening its veins" so to speak. I would love to see a SOG of this strain, it is a truly under-appreciated variety!

Might I add that I plan to grow this out again (currently trying to select a nice Critical Mass mother for a keeper, so it´ll be a while).

Is it not possible to get male autoflowers and thus breed your own? Or failing that, crossing female autoflowers with regular males of a strain you know and love? Of course, you might diminish some of the autoflowering characteristics, but at least it is possible...
