Well if you want to maximize yield, then hps is the only thing you can do for weight. Cfls r ok for veg, but lack the intense light and penetration factor to add weight. Even a mh would help with flower. U can pick up a cheap used mh or hps on craigslist or ebay. Doesnt have to b 1k watt light...
