if i were to use molasses and woodash as an organic flowering ferts how much should i use ?

i grew a purple kush plant .cloned to keep it going question is .the seedling plant started to flower within a week after 12/12 .now the clone i took off it has been 12/12 for 2weeks and doesn't seem as developed as the seedling any one ever had this problem?
