    Hey all Just after some more thoughts about the height to hang a 400w HPS over baby seedlings. (week old) I have decent cooling and at plant level its give or take 20 C / 70 F and 50% humidity. Currently light is hanging 70cm / 27inches above seedlings. Thanks folks Cheers

    besides a few baked leaves, its been awesome summer here in vic... i did have to break out some shadecloth there for a few days but alls good only one mate is complaining but he's been overwatering.. stupid banana benders.

    whitefly and thrips can be a pain. they love to suck the sap/sugars from your plants. give your plant a gentle shake and you'll know if you have them or not. I hit the plants early with a oil based (neem, pyrethrum etc.) spray. Try and get the under leaves as best ya can. harder said then done...
