Howdy all. I use 400 MH bulb for veg and 400 hps for flowering. Have used the 400MH for approximately 1200 hours on previous grows. Is it time to buy a new one? Howdy all. I germinated my Skunk #1 for a week outside in 13.5 hours of intense sun light. I have now popped them under a mega new CFL i bought 430w??? not sure about this bulb? my question is. changing them from 13.5 to 18/6 is that gonna mess with them??? peace from Afro

Howdy all I found the growers heaven for bulbs, ballast etc today. They had all these fancy CFL lights at remarkably low prices. I bought this CFl today that sucks 85w from the mains and delivers 430w output. I plugged the bulb in and hey presto it's bright. the bulb only cost 11 Us dollars...
